What should I bring to my first class?
Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and comfortable workout clothes. We’ll take care of the rest.
How often should a beginner athlete work out?
Start with 2-3 times a week, allowing your body to adjust and build up to more frequent sessions as you get stronger.

Yes, all our workouts are programmed by certified CrossFit coaches to ensure you achieve optimal results safely.
